Taking part in the HSP Conversations workshop was the best gift to myself and to my loved ones. David and Akiyo created content that hit the nail on the head on so many levels. They created a safe learning environment with their upbeat and passionate energy, active listening, and ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with the content and in conversation. The group format was extremely powerful as I learned and connected from others' perspectives and experiences. David and Akiyo are a powerful duo bouncing ideas and concepts off each other to allow for richer learning. The time flew by as we learned concrete ways to see ourselves and our relationships in a new light with many "aha" moments. I walked away from this workshop with a clearer understanding and acceptance of myself, a better understanding of how to effectively communicate in my relationships, and empowered with hope that I can continue to make change towards a state of balance and contentment with my life.
